Can I Change the Queue Strategy?

Yes. ZIWO lets you control how incoming calls are routed to agents by selecting from several queue strategies.

To update:

1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Queues.
2. Click Edit next to the relevant queue.
3. Choose a strategy:
- Ring All
- Round Robin
- Longest Idle

- Least Talk Time

- ... and more (depending on your system setup)

4. Click Save.
