How Can I Apply an Urgent Message or Campaign?

You can play urgent audio messages for callers in selected queues.

To do so:

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Queues.
  2. Click Urgent Messages (top-right).
  3. Upload or select an audio file.
  4. Choose the relevant queue(s).
  5. Click Apply.
