How Can I Create a Campaign?

Campaigns let you run automated outbound call initiatives using uploaded contact lists and preset time slots.

To create a campaign:

  1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Channels > Voice > Dialer.
  2. Click the ➕ button to start a new campaign.
  3. Fill in campaign details: Name | Country | Assigned Queue | Schedule (start and end date/time slots)
  4. Click Save.
  5. Upload your CSV contact list with phone numbers.

After launch, you can:

  • Pause, Stop, or Delete the campaign
  • Edit campaign settings
  • Filter call outcomes (Answered, Failed, Cancelled)
  • Download a detailed campaign report
