How Can I Enable Automatic Status Reset for Agents?

This feature resets an agent’s status back to Available if they’ve remained in a temporary status (e.g., Break or Meeting) for too long.

To enable it:

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard > Agent Status.
  2. Select the status (e.g., Break) you want to configure.
  3. Click Edit Status.
  4. Toggle on Clear status after.
  5. Set the time (e.g., 15 minutes).
  6. Click Save.

🕓 Agents will automatically return to Available after the set time, preventing long idle states.
