How Can I Export Call Detail Records (CDRs)?

You can download detailed call logs (CDRs) in CSV format for reporting and analytics.

To export:

1. Go to Admin Dashboard > Calls.

2. Apply filters (e.g., date range, agent name, queue).
3. Choose what to include:
  • IVR flow
  • Surveys
  • Tags
  • Call notes
4. Click the cloud icon ☁️ in the top-right.
5. Download the report as a .CSV file.
