How Can I Set Up an End-of-Call Survey?

Post-call surveys are a great way to gather feedback directly from your customers.

To set it up:

1. Go to Admin Dashboard > General.
2. Click on End Call Survey.
3. Select the survey language.
4. Upload these audio files:

  • Survey Audio – your question (e.g., “Rate our service”).
  • Incorrect Input Audio – played if the customer gives invalid input.
  • Thank You Audio – confirmation and close.

5. Optional: Enable additional settings:

  • Additional Feedback – lets customers leave a voice message.
  • Outbound Survey – plays the survey after outbound calls.
