How Can I Set Up the IVR?

You have two options for configuring your Interactive Voice Response (IVR):

Option 1: Technical Team (Self-Setup)

  • If you have a development team, they can configure the IVR via XML scripting.

Option 2: ZIWO Setup (Recommended for Non-Technical Users)

To have our team configure it, please provide:
  • A clear IVR Flow (diagram or written steps)
  • All Audio Files used in the IVR (e.g., greetings, menu prompts)

Once submitted, our team will complete the setup in 3–5 working days, depending on complexity.
