What Does the Color Coding Mean for Queues and Agents?

ZIWO uses a color-coded system to help admins instantly recognize status at a glance.

Queues:

Green – Agents are available

Yellow – No agents available, no calls waiting

Red – No agents available and customers are waiting


Agents:

Green – Available
Purple
– On a call
Orange
– On break
Blue
– Outgoing call
Brown
– In a meeting
