Why Can’t I Create an Admin or Assign Roles?

If you cannot create an admin or assign roles, your user account may lack the required permissions.

Only users with Role Management access can perform these actions. If you don’t see the option:

  • Contact your ZIWO system administrator.
  • Ask them to confirm your role permissions.
