Can I Download Call Recordings?

By default, agents cannot download recordings. This setting is designed to protect customer data and ensure compliance with internal security policies.

If you need access to a recording:

  1. Contact your admin.
  2. If permitted, they can enable the download feature temporarily or retrieve the file for you.
