How Can I Track My Daily Performance?

ZIWO gives you real-time visibility into your performance so you can keep track of your call volume, availability, and efficiency.

Your dashboard shows:

  • Total number of calls (inbound, outbound, missed)
  • Status of conversations (new, open, resolved)
  • Your presence status throughout the day (Available, On Break, In a Meeting, etc.)

For detailed stats:

1. Click the Statistics icon (usually beside your name or profile picture).

2. Review the breakdown of your daily activities, including:

  • Number of calls handled
  • Total and average talk time
  • Time spent in each availability status
