How Do I Enable the Roaming Agent Feature?

The Roaming Agent feature lets you receive ZIWO calls on a different phone number, even if you’re not at your usual location or workstation. This is particularly useful when you're traveling or working from a location with limited access to your normal devices.

Before starting:
🛠️ This feature must be enabled by your admin. If you don’t see the option, please request access.

To enable Roaming:

  1. Click on your Profile.
  2. Select Calling Preferences.
  3. Toggle the Roaming option to ON.
  4. Enter the phone number you want to receive calls on.
  5. Click Save Changes

Once activated, incoming calls will be routed to your specified number, and you can continue working without interruption.
