How Do I Fix Issues With Receiving Inbound Calls?

If you’re not receiving calls even though you’re logged in, 

here are a few common reasons to check:

  1. Is your status set to Available? If not, update it.
  2. Confirm with your admin that you are properly assigned to a call queue.
