How Do I Make Outbound Calls If I Have Multiple Numbers?

ZIWO supports multiple outbound numbers, allowing agents to call from different caller IDs based on region, team, or campaign.

Here’s how to make an outbound call:

  1. Ensure you're logged into your account and have a stable internet connection.
  2. Open the dialer on your ZIWO dashboard.
  3. Manually enter or paste the number you want to call.
  4. By default, calls are placed from your primary number.
  5. To use a different number, click the number icon on the dialer and choose another from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click Call to begin.

📌 Using different numbers helps maintain localization and campaign clarity. For instance, you can use a UAE number for local clients and another for international customers.
