How Do I Receive Incoming Calls?

Receiving calls in ZIWO is seamless, as long as you’re connected and marked as available.

To be ready to receive calls:

  1. Log in to your ZIWO agent account.
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  3. Set your status to Available using the status toggle in your dashboard.

Once you’re available, you’ll automatically start receiving incoming calls routed through your assigned queue.
