How Do I Set Up My Headset and Audio Devices?

Clear audio is critical when working in a call center environment. ZIWO allows you to configure your audio settings directly from your agent profile to ensure the best call quality.

To configure your headset:

  1. Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select Sounds & Devices.
  3. Choose your preferred device for microphone (input) and headset or speaker (output).
  4. Use the Test feature to confirm that your selected devices are working properly.

⚠️ The first time you access audio settings or initiate a call, Google Chrome may ask for permission to use your microphone. Be sure to click Allow, this permission is necessary for ZIWO to function correctly.
