How Do I Transfer a Call to Another Agent or Number?

ZIWO makes it easy to transfer calls to teammates, departments, or external contacts.

To transfer a call:

  1. While on a live call, click the Transfer button in the dialer interface.
  2. Select a contact - this could be another agent, a group, or an external number.
  3. Choose the type of transfer:


Blind Transfer: The call is immediately redirected without speaking to the recipient.

Attended Transfer: You speak to the recipient first, then complete the transfer once they’re ready.
