What If I Forgot My Password?
Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password, it happens! ZIWO provides two convenient ways to reset it and regain access to your account.
You can either:
- Ask your admin to send you a password reset link, or
- Click on the Forgot Password? link located on the login page.
Once triggered, ZIWO will send you an email with a secure password reset link. Simply follow the instructions in that email to create a new password and log in again.
